Returns

You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

Please contact me by email and provide information about your desire to return the goods. In response, I will send you instructions for returns.

The return of goods is made at your expense, I do not accept cash on delivery.

The returned product cannot bear traces of use – it must be delivered in an unaltered state and sent in a way that protects it from damage, in the same way it was originally sent. If these conditions are not met, the return of the product may not be accepted.

I will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same method of purchase.

If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), I will inform you and within 7 business days I will send you the product back, covering the shipping costs.

Complaints

1. Damaged packaging

Before accepting the shipment from the courier, check whether the packaging has not been damaged during transport. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier, then contact me.

Damage report should include: date, time of delivery and description of damage. Checking the shipment upon receipt is a necessary condition for taking into account any claims for loss or damage to the shipment during transport.

2. Faulty product

If the product you purchased is damaged, please take photos of the defect and send them to ola.radwan.studio@gmail.com

If the photos are not sufficient grounds - send me the defective product and within 14 days of receiving the shipment, I will inform you by e-mail about the result of the complaint procedure. If the complaint is accepted, within 7 working days of the date of the decision, the defective product will be exchanged for another, full-value product or you will receive a refund.
